New Build House + House Remodel

On this large site Gosch gained planning approval for a new 4,000 sq ft house and pool, along with significant remodelling works to the existing house.

Both houses are highly insulated. The larger new build will be heated via a ground source heat pump (through boreholes), whilst the smaller existing house will utilise an air source system.

The two houses adopt a variety of natural materials in their construction, including slate and Chestnut cladding. The new build has been topped with Sedum roofing, in contrast the pitched roofs of the existing house have been finished with metal standing seam.

Gosch undertook all detailed design works and are currently supervising construction.
