Gosch were asked to design an annexe building to replace an existing garage block. The new addition comprises a large family / games / entertainment space (+ wine room and WC) at basement level, a triple garage at grade and a master bedroom suite at first floor level.

 

The new annexe is in a very prominent location in the Wimbledon Common Conservation area. With this in mind, it has been designed with a modern interior in contrast to the arts and crafts exterior.  

 

Gosch gained all planning and Building Regulations approval, undertook detailed design works and supervised construction.
