Gosch were asked to design a rear extension to replace an existing poor quality conservatory and extension, and additionally to remodel the ground and first floors.

 

The new works comprised of a large kitchen / dining / entertainment space, along with new utility spaces, at ground level, a new family bathroom and study at mezzanine level, and a new master bedroom suite at first floor level.

Gosch were commissioned to design and build the project, and were subsequently asked to redesign and construct the rear garden.
